Job Vision

As a Licensing Account Executive, you will drive revenue by managing client relationships through direct customer engagement and sales administration. In this role, you will represent our brand and ensure seamless execution of client-specific needs. You will anticipate the needs of our commercial clients, contributing to our team’s ability to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals—ultimately driving client retention, securing new business, and increasing revenue.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting Account Executives to meet and exceed sales goals. Your contributions will strengthen FM’s relationships with clients, enhance operational efficiency, and support our company's ambitious goal of achieving 30% year-over-year revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and day-to-day needs.

  • Research and compile prospect lists for outreach, identifying potential clients for the sales funnel.

  • Complete and manage vendor forms

  • Coordinate internal communication across departments, providing updates on client projects that can inform marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain clean inboxes and accurate data for dashboards.

  • Ensure all FM sales tools and documents are current, accessible, and effectively utilized by the Sales Team.

  • Research past client purchases and track artist revenue when exclusivity is requested.

  • Collaborate with the Product team to identify and address bugs, enhancing sales tools and customer experience.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute insights that improve FM’s website and operational efficiency.

  • Take ownership of technical issues reported on the website, escalating problems to the development team and following through to resolution.

Job requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in business administration, sales administration, and/or account management.

  • Must have previous experience in Content Licensing. 

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to craft well-structured, professional emails and conduct business conversations with partners and vendors.

  • Experience managing CRM sales processes and maintaining data accuracy.

  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute special event projects.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail), Microsoft Word & Excel, Mac OS, and cloud file-sharing software.

  • Basic financial and analytical skills, including invoicing and tracking revenue-related data.

  • Ability to travel locally, nationally, and internationally as needed.
